Warranty

The warranty is provided by the manufacturer, Medical International Technologies (MIT) Canada Inc.

MIT Canada Inc guarantees all needle-free injector models for a period of one year, starting from the date of purchase.

THE WARRANTY SHALL NOT APPLY TO:

• Any defects caused or repairs required as a result of abusive operation, negligence, accident, improper installation or inappropriate use as outlined in the owner’s manual.
• MIT Canada Inc products modified, adjusted or repaired by any party other than MIT Canada Inc authorized service centers.
• Damage caused or repairs required as a result of the use with items not specified or approved by MIT Canada Inc.
• Any cosmetic damages to the surface or exterior that has been defaced or caused by normal wear and tear.
• Any damage caused by external or environmental conditions such as liquid spillage or power line voltage, etc.
• Any product received without its original labels and/or certification labels.

If your MIT Canada Inc product fail to operate during the warranty period, warranty service may be obtained upon delivery of the MIT Canada Inc product together with proof of purchase to MIT Canada Inc.

The responsibility regarding servicing lies with those who have serviced the equipment. Service is guaranteed within 72 hours of reception at MIT Canada Inc facilities. The purchaser will be responsible for any transportation and insurance costs incurred.

MIT Canada Inc and CYP Enterprises assume no responsibility, directly or indirectly, for financial losses or claims from third parties resulting from the use of this product and all of its functions.

To validate your warranty, you will need to complete the registration form and return it to MIT Canada Inc.

CYP Enterprises is not a MIT Canada Inc authorized service center, but it will help in your interaction with MIT Canada Inc.
