Purchasing Process

You should be able to select and add to your cart the items that you wish to purchase. Once ready, you can proceed to the cash register. Modes of payment include direct bank transfer and possibly Paypal.
For direct bank transfer, you will be provided with our banking information, both after your purchase and in the email that will be sent to you after you put in your order. Your order will be processed only when you have made your direct deposit. Note that you will be charged $30 by your bank for such services. For faster service, it is advisable to send an email at orders@cypent.com to indicate that you have indeed transferred the amount.
If your order is below $500, you will be offered to pay with your Paypal account. Just reply to your order confirmation email and indicate your preference. An invoice for a Paypal payment will be sent to you via email.

Payments through Paypal ensures that your vital information is treated safely and securely. Our website will also collect your personal information for the purpose of processing and you are invited to consult our Privacy Notice with regards to how we will protect and use your personal information.

If there is any mishandling of your Paypal account information, then it should imputed only to Paypal. CYP Enterprises cannot be held responsible for the misuse of your Paypal account information as we do not collect that information.

Gift Certificates, Taxes and Shipping Costs

You will be offered a gift certificate of 1%, 2.5%, 5% or 10% (calculated on total amount before taxes and shipping cost) for total purchases greater than US$2,500, US$25,000, US$50,000 or US$100,000 (before taxes and shipping costs) respectively. Your gift certificate can be used towards your next purchase at your CYP Store. Please review our Gift Certificate FAQ for further details.
Note that if you use your gift certificate shortly after your initial purchase, it may be possible that shipping costs for your subsequent purchase could be reduced by including them in the packages of your initial purchase. If we can do that, we will reimburse you the unused shipping costs.
No gift certificate will be offered on orders that you use a gift certificate.
After you purchase an item, you will also have access to price listing of spare parts, making it easier for you to spend your gift certificate wisely.

Taxes will be charged to Canadian customers as follows: GST (6%) + QST (7.5%) for customers from Quebec, HST (14%) for customers from Eastern Canada (NB, NS, NL), and finally, GST (6%) for customers from elsewhere in Canada.

For shipping, we have estimated which courrier service between UPS and FedEx is the most affordable and secure for your country, and our shipping cost estimates reflect those country differences. On the other hand, extra charges may apply if these estimates reveal themselves to be inaccurate, especially if you live in an area where shipping surcharges apply. We may have to resort to other means of transport if you are wishing to make a large order, such that your costs could be reduced.

CYP Enterprises is not responsible for any additional costs that may arise after it is shipped out (F.O.B. Manufacturers in Montreal, Canada). For example, you would be responsible to pay for any fees at the customs or additional taxes charged by your country. You are also liable for payment of taxes in your province/state or country that were not charged by CYP Enterprises.

Terms and Conditions

Note that ALL SALES ARE FINAL. These are medical and veterinary products. Once an item is shipped to you, we have no way to guaranty that you would have not contaminated the items, such that they cannot be used for any other purposes.

If you do choose to get reimbursed BEFORE your items are shipped out, you will be charged a 40% RESTOCKING FEE. If you purchased any items with a gift certicate resulting from your cancelled order, that order will also be cancelled and a 40% RESTOCKING FEE will be charged on that order as well for the amount prior to the deduction of the gift certificate.

These products are high-technology precise engineered products that may take time to be produced by manufacturers. Manufacturers have reserved the right to delay for a period of up to six weeks the fulfillment of an order. CYP Enterprises may make their best effort to proceed your order quickly (typically within 2 days at the most) and keep track of them by regular contacts to the manufacturers, but they cannot be help responsible for delays coming from the manufacturers.

CYP Enterprises reserves the right to supply these products only to whom they deem to be qualified individuals. Veterinary products are not approved for human use, and CYP Enterprises prohibits their use on humans and shall not be held liable if you forego our prohibition.

Support

For support, it would be preferrable for you to contact us first prior to contacting the manufacturer, such that we can help you in resolving your problem and assist you in contacting the manufacturer if it is necessary. Our initial interaction might be through email. We could also be available through web services like MSN Messenger, Yahoo Messenger or ICQ. Webcams could be used for a visual feedback that may help you understand better what to do in the unexpected eventuality where we can't solve your problem via simple email.
